2003 Year in Review!! It's been another year chocked to the brim with excitement and milestones for Vanderbilt Samoyeds thanks to some VERY dedicated owners who raise, train, groom, and compete with their Sams all over the world, and in all kinds of events.  THANK YOU for promoting Samoyeds!  We believe in sharing our good fortune and regularly sell our good ones! Though we stayed home more in 2003 to raise some VERY special babies (getting ready for next year - check the Future Watch list below!), we still managed to get out with the older kids to a few key specialties, plus several all breed Canadian and American shows to finish some titles.  In 2003 our dogs were often seen dominating the shows in which they were entered, particularly the Specialties - under breeder judges AND both domestic and International all rounder judges.   Through it all it's the enjoyment of the dogs on a daily basis that really sustains us.  THE PACK is made up of unique and fascinating individuals and affection flows freely back and forth.  We have a close one-to-one relationship with them all, and view the raising of each and every new puppy as both a voyage of discovery and the earning a new friend.   Judges aren't the ONLY ones who enjoy these dogs - their owners do too.  And dogs just respond better to the people that they love.  It's that human-canine relationship that marks the Samoyed as such a special breed.  Thank you for enjoying them with us!  Below are some VANDERBILT highlights of 2003, and we look forward to 2004! 2003 11 NEW CHAMPIONS - 6 Canadian, 5 American 1.Can.Ch.
