Copies available on request.</div> <div> 4) This stud is brucellosis free by veterinary exam.  Copy available on request.</div> <div> 5) This stud will service the bitch while she stands, and in consultation with her owner.  Every attempt will be made to provide a minimum of two breeding in normal circumstances, more if the situation warrants. </div> <div> 6) Natural breedings will be offered where the bitch is willing, however AI's will be employed if necessary unless instructed to the contrary by bitch's owners.</div> <div> 7) This <A HREF="http://www.vanderbiltsamoyeds.com/id142.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.vanderbiltsamoyeds.com/id142."><U>stud's fee</U></A> for service shall be $1200.00 CAD  due in full at the time the bitch arrives for service.  A partial payment option is available upon request as follows.  The 2 options for paying the stud fee are: <B>Option1</B> - the full stud fee ($1200.00 CAD) as a lump sum accompanies the bitch when she arrives for service or prior to first fresh chilled semen collection.  <B>Option 2</B> - $700.00 CAD accompanies the bitch when she arrives for service or prior to first fresh chilled semen collection, and $600.00 CAD is payable at signing of Litter Registration after birth of litter.  An option must be selected before bitch is accepted.  I select Option 1 (   ), or Option 2 (   ).  AI's (if required) will be performed by stud owners at no charge.  If a veterinary AI is requested a credit card # must be supplied to our veterinarian to cover the requested services. All costs incurred by stud owners, including but not limited to, shipping/shipping-related, veterinary, or excess boarding charges are payable before the bitch is returned home or picked up.</div> <div> 8) Board for seven days is included in the stud's fee. Stays beyond that incur a $10.00 CAD/day charge.</div> <div> 9) Stud fee is for bitches delivered to stud owners residence.  Pick up/drop off via Toronto's Pearson International airport is charged at a rate of $75.00 per round trip.  Alternate arrangements by prior agreement.</div> <div> 10) Fresh Chilled semen collection and shipping to most major North American cities is available.  Your credit card # must be supplied to our collecting veterinary clinic who will bill you directly for their services as well as for the shipping of the sample(s) to your veterinarian.  We will travel with the stud to the clinic for up to two collections at your instruction based upon your progesterone analysis of the bitch.  If more than two collections are required an additional $75.00 CAD per our round trip will be charged to cover our gasoline and time off work.  We are not responsible for lost or mishandled samples, regardless of how caused.  It is the responsibility of the bitch owner to investigate and decide upon Fed Ex or alternate delivery service availability in the receiving area and decide on feasibility/risk prior to collection and to instruct the collection clinic on shipping preferences.</div> <div> 11) Failure of the bitch to conceive or whelp at least two live puppies shall entitle bitch's owner(s) to a no-upfront-fee (shipping, airport, veterinary, board charges excepted) return service within 3 years from the first date of mating.  A return service can be to the same stud or alternate, with the same bitch or alternate, provided stud's owners approve the alternate(s) in advance.  No subsequent services are owed to bitch's owner(s) irrespective of the outcome of this return service.  A singleton puppy from the initial service  qualifies for a repeat no-fee service within 3 years as herein described.  Repeat breedings are not transferrable to other parties.</div> <bR> <div> 12) While all due diligence shall be maintained in the care of the bitch when left for live cover breedings, the Stud owners shall not be held liable for death, illness, nor any losses or damages irregardless of how incurred.</div> <bR> <div> 13) Bitch's owner(s) agree to a) provide copies of all clear hip, eye, and brucellosis (must be done within the 30 days prior to mating - required for LIVE COVER ONLY) reports to stud's owners b) send only healthy, currently vaccinated bitches, free of communicable disease or any internal or external parasites to stud. c) to notify stud's owners within 24 hours of birth of litter citing number and sexes d) not sell any of the produce of this breeding to a pet shop or dealer supplying same, and further to release puppies only to well screened caring homes versed in the care and character of the Samoyed breed.</div> <bR> <div> 14.
