"Thor" finished by taking WD/BW then onto BB over 3 Specials under j. P. Levi Marsman! Big congrats to Thor from momma Fallon, brother Fonzie and sister Celine!!!
Avalon KC, NL - "Fonzerelli" (Vanderbilt's Playin It Cool) nets BIS #5 under j. Dr. Michael Woods and Group 1 under j. John Ross, plus Grp 2x2 under FM MacDonald and D. Eadie.
 K-W KC, ON - "Fonzie" comes in for the last day of this weekend after returning from the east and wins a strong Grp 3rd under j. Paul Odinkirchen. "Bouquet" (Vanderbilt's War of the Roses) debuts in style sweeping the points all 3 days, including on Sunday taking BB over a Special and onto a Group 2nd in a 110 dog group for a 5 point day! Bouquet finished the weekend with 9 points overall. Thanks to Pam McClintock for her excellent handling!

Aurora & District KC, Richmond Hill Ontario - Great weekend for "The Fonz" (Vanderbilt's Playin' It Cool) who wins 2 Group 1's and a Group 3. Congrats also to 2 new Canadian Champion girls - "Bouquet" (Vanderbilt's War of the Roses) who finished undefeated; and "Madison" (Vanderbilt's Madison Avenue - co-bred by Linda Johnson). Thank you j's Terry Carter, Denise Cornelsen & Raphael Alcrudo! Thanks also to Allan Marsh for handling assistance.
Rovaniemi, Finland - Congrats to Heero x Mercy son "Tugger" (Vanderbilt's Tug O'War) who earned BOB (gaining his first CAC) and was 3th on the group at this show. The judge was Mrs Leni Nousiainen. Tugger is a late bloomer who is now coming into himself very well. Watch for him in Europe. Also, Tugger's daughter Nordic Junior Winner'05 Dollardance Daybreak (Tugger x FIN CH Schatzave's Glacier Breeze) did her part in making the weekend quite perfect: at Finnish Samoyed Association's 40th anniversary Specialty Show in Espoo (southern Finland) little Marina won Best Bitch from Junior class (gaining a CAC) and was BOS under breeder/judge Mrs Pam Taylor (Naduska Samoyeds) from Great Britain. Breed entry was 111. Marina was also awarded with the challenge prizes of the Best CAC-winning dog at the show and Best Moving Samoyed at the show! The CAC Marina won at the Specialty was not her first - two weeks ago she was 2nd best female in Oulu (beaten only by a lovely special) and gained her first CAC. Hearty congratulations to Riitva, Iiris and all involved in making this great weekend happen!
