Sera Lee is Vanderbilt homebred Can.Ch. #68. "Gemini" (Ch. Vanderbilt's Gemini O'Takenak) scores two Group placements under j's Dr. Woods and Virginia Lyne. Sera Lee is co-owned with Linda Johnson, and Gemini is owned by Shannon Haslet and Leslie Jocelyn. Congrats to all!

Albany and Troy KC's - Troy, NY - "Manny" (Ch. Vanderbilt's Man O'War) goes WD/BW under j. Madeline Fish and WD under j. Allan Bennett. Yasmine (Ch. Vanderbilt's Chyna Rose) goes RWB and WB/BW under the same judges. First US points for all. First US all breed shows for Yasmine, and only the second weekend out for Manny. His first was the Milwaukee Specialty weekend last summer when at 6 months of age he took THREE 5 point major reserves, to 3 different dogs. We think we're going to have fun wth Manny now that he's grown up a bit. Like his sire Heero, he "loves to show". Manny's dam is our Flo. And Yasmine's parents are Truman and Chyna. Belleville & District KC, Belleville, ON - Heero x Iris baby puppy "Chief" (Vanderbilt's On The Warpath) at his very FIRST show goes WD/BW/BB, Group 4 and BPIG for 3 points under j. Robert Gilham. Chief is co-bred by Dr. Robert and Connie Gaskin. On day 2 "Gemini" (Multi BISS Ch. Vanderbilt's Gemini O'Takenak), entered only one day, wins BB under j. Leslie Rogers and looked STUNNING in the Group. Watch out for this girl who is just hitting her prime and her owner/handler Shannon Haslett at future shows! The NEW girl on the scene is Gemini's littersister "Q" (Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Q It Up) - fresh off of completing her Am.Ch. with BB over Specials with her co-owner Jan Warner - Q is now back in Canada looking to add a Can.Ch. title to her name. Q took WB/BW for 2 points under Mr. Rogers, and went on later that evening to win BOS in the Healthgene Corporation's Breeder's show. Congratulations to BIS winner Ch. Pekeden's Perchance - the fabulous Pekingese bred, owned and handled by Tom Curley.

Trillium Dog Fanciers (Toronto, ON) - Heero x Iris puppy boy "Chief" (Vanderbilt's On The Warpath) goes WD x 3 and BW/BB x 1 for four more points under j's Shirley Limoges, Lawrence Stanbridge and Charlotte Clem McGowan (USA). Chief also picked up a BPIG under j. Robert Stein (USA). Also out and winning at Trillium was "Q" (Vanderbilt's Q It Up). Q was WB for 1 point on Day 1 (Limoges); WB/BW/BB for 2 points (Stanbridge) and a cut in Group (Stein) on Day 2; and WB/BW/BB and Group 4th for 4 points (Clem-McGowan) on Day 3 for a 7 point weekend. Q is co-owned with Jan Warner, Echo Samoyeds. Chief was co-bred by Bob and Connie Gaskin, Bobmardon Samoyeds.
