Nashua, NH - Congrats to owner Willie and Danielle Carle on WB/BW on their Sir x Shale daughter "Sofi" (Vanderbilt's Weisblitz Sapphire) under judge Sally Vogel.

Truro, NS (Cobequid Dog Club) - Congrats to "Manny" (BIS Ch. Vanderbilt's Man O'War) on a Group 2 under Irish judge Ms. Ann Ingram.  Manny was handled by Terri Lee Foley.  Manny also earned his Temperament Test certificate the same day so he has had a great year attaining titles - CD, CGN, TT, BIS, and of course his first babies... (we all can hardly WAIT to debut those kids!!).  Also another point for Linda's "Truman"/"Spice" baby "Bailey" (Dushanbe's Once And Again).

October15/16th weekend: While we took some time off from the shows to do seminars, routine vetting and getting ready for the SCA National in Kentucky - Kids sired by the boys are out and do VERY well ...

California - Congrats to Nike (Ch. Vanderbilt's Just Do It) son "Duncan" (Echo's Take It To The Limit) on his WD/BW + WD/BW/BB over Specials.  Duncan is bred by Jan Warner and Gary Jones and owned by Charlene Markow and Jan Warner.  Handled by Jean Gauchat-Hargis.  Duncan's lovely dam is Ch. Echo's Dance with a Dream.  Here's the photo proof.

Rochester, MN - Rochester KC: Congrats to Sir (Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's High Regard) son "Forest" on WD/BW for a major win under Dani Canino.  Forest's lovely dam is Ch. Chatanika's White Diamond and he is handled by his breeder/owners Kim and Farrel Katanik.

Romulus, NY - Congrats to Roddy (Multi BISS,BIS Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Downtown Lights) daughter "Gracie" (Can.Ch. Samovar's Amazing Grace) on her US WB/BW/BOS over Specials for 2 points!  Watch for this girl at US shows.

Ontario - "Heero" (BISS Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Warpaint) x "Flo" (Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Flowery Prose) daughter "Zephyr" (Vanderbilt's Paint Bye Thunder) continues to amaze in agility circles.  This weekend "Zeph" finished her Advanced Snooker games with a run of 59 points- That is the highest score that you can get in Snooker.  She also had a great Jumpers run- course time 39 seconds-Zeph and her owner/trainer Karen Stewart did it clean in 30-oh what a speedy little white dog!  Look for Zeph and Karen at the SCA National Agility in Kentucky next week, and don't forget to cheer them on!

EUROPEAN NEWS: "Heero" (BISS Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Warpaint) daughter POLAR MIST X-STASY wins Best In Show!!  X-Stasy's dam is Am.Ch. Polar Mist Nauti Lil Goldigger and she is bred by Lynette Blue.  X-STASY is owned by the German kennel Sammantic Samoyeds of Barbara Bruns and Wolfgang Stamp.

PERFORMANCE REPORT for "Heero" (BISS Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Warpaint) x "Flo" (Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Flowery Prose) daughter "Zephyr" (Vanderbilt's Paint Bye Thunder) owned, trained and handled by Karen Stewart:

*Sunday (Pre-National) agility trial: 1st place- Top Samoyed in class Novice "A" 20" Standard
*Tuesday (National) agility trial: 1st place- Top Samoyed in class Novice "A" 20" Standard
Herding Capability test- Qualifying 1st leg.

While the rest of us were still busy grooming dogs at the National Zephyr, Karen and her husband Bill headed north to the Penn-Ohio USDAA Agility trials were Zeph netted three qualifying runs:

*Starters Standard- 3rd place in a very competitive class (where all the border collies dwell!!)
*Starters Gamble
*Starters Snooker-4th place

What an AMAZING little worker she is!!!

Pre-National at Hanover KC, NC under j. George Heitzman finishes New Am.Ch. "Ultima" (Vanderbilt's Playin' The Game) - another BJ x Fallon kid!  Ultima was handled by her co-owner Cherie Smith of Daystar Samoyeds, Virginia USA and finished at 13 months.  At the National, Ultima achieved her Herding Instinct Certificate and also made an appearance to help her mom win 2nd place in a competitive Brood Bitch entry of 22 (see below) handled by Linda Johnson.
