Hutto, Texas - BJ x Fallon baby boy "Cutter" (Vanderbilt's Caughtcha Lookin') goes to an International (FCI style) show and earns his Int'l Youth Championship with the highest rating possible for puppies (SG-1) from all 4 judges. Madison, OH - Our "Su Lin" (Donnereign Supremo Vanderbilt) picks up her second major under j. William Cunningham with Jan Warner handling (thanks Jan!). The next day a different Vanderbilt girl, "Caution" (Vanderbilt's Wet Paint T'Echo) bagged the win - a 2 pointer under j. Thesa Hundt. Caution is owned/handled by Reba Powers and Laura Biteman. Congrats Su Lin and Caution!!

*Congrats to Myriam Mantle on finishing her "Roddy" (Multi BISS,BIS Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Downtown Lights) daughter "Gracie" (Samovar's Amazing Grace) with WB/BW at the SCO Specialty for 3 pts + WB/BW for two more pts at the all breed show. Gracie's dam is Ch. Samovar's Deja Vu and she is bred/owned by Myriam.
* Following 2 weekends off, "Fonzie" (Multi BIS,BISS Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Playin' It Cool) goes to Kingston, ON and wins BISS #2 under breeder-judge Barbara Heal at the SCO Specialty + BB/BPIG at the two all breed shows under j's John Ross and David MacIntyre. Fonzie also won BPIS #15 under j. Heather Logan to break the breed's BPIS record of 14 set by our bitch "Claire" (Multi BIS,BISS Can.Am.Ch. Snowghosts Vanderbilt So Easy). Claire was there to see it all happen and took BB herself at the all breed show under j. Morley Thornton and BOS in the SCO Specialty. Fonzie's littersister "Celine" (Vanderbilt's Playin' My Song) was also WB/BW at the Sunday show and RWB at SCO.

Waukesha, WI - Milwaukee Samoyed Fanciers Specialty show ---> Heero son "Riker" (Polar Mist War Admiral) wins Best In Sweepstakes and RWD under j. James Taylor. *Congrats to Truman (Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's True Lee) and Keisha (Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Moonlight Magic) daughter "Fling" (Linrosa's Moonlight Fling) on 3 pts her first weekend out at 6 months of age. Congrats to breeder/owner/handler Linda Roulston.
*Yacker (Cabaka's Yacker of McCoy) x Mercy (Ch. Vanderbilts Hell Or High Water) puppy "Ray' (Vanderbilt's Copenhagen Moon) debuts with 3x WD/BW for a 6 point starter weekend - and had fun doing it!
*But perhaps the puppy that had the MOST fun on this weekend was "The Fonz" (Multi BIS,BISS Can.Am.Ch. Vanderbilt's Playin' It Cool). Fonzie swept all 3 BPIS's to bring his record to "18" - setting the bar nice and high for the next Super Puppy that comes along to beat! Overall on this weekend Fonzie was Group 2/PG/PS under j. Cecilia Ringstrom; PG/PS under j. Denise Cornelsen; and Group 1/PG/PS under j. Butch MacDonald ***PLUS*** Reserve BIS. Thank you to Charlene Smith for handling and of course, the judges.
