"Gucci" came to us from Linda Johnson (Dushanbe Samoyeds) of Nova Scotia.  Linda had aquired Gucci as an adult from his breeder, in hopes of luring her new husband back to the show scene with a really good dog.  That plot never quite hatched as anticipated, however we were to learn of this inbred Breaker son's presence in Canada somewhat accidentally, and obviously fortuitously!  I called Linda, and she generously agreed to fly him to Newfoundland for me to assess his suitability for some of our girls.  Well needless to say we were delighted with Gucci, and dawdled at showing him while we awaited girls coming in season.  Gucci, as a quality dog and at a mature 5+ years of age, racked up the points easily.  He finished under judge Cheryl Myers-Egerton with a Best in Show from the classes, handled by our good friend Chris Collins of Contesstega Samoyeds.  Our thanks to Linda and Chris, as well as breeder Lynette Blue.
